Holding Other Titles
If you (1) win the state pageant (Washington or Oregon Regency International Pageant) or (2) serve as a delegate to the national pageant, you cannot participate in any other pageants during the time you hold any Regency title, unless authorized in writing by Regency International Pageants national office.
Social Media
- Prior to the pageant, judges look at your social media (Facebook, etc.).
- Delete anything that presents you in an unflattering way (i.e., holding a red Dixie cup full of beer).
- Note: Miss USA state pageant winners have had to resign their titles because of “party” pictures.
- Are you using social media to present a positive image of a pageant winner?
Backstage
Private make-up artists and hair stylists ARE allowed backstage. Discretion is advised as contestants will be dressing.
